We work closely with all incubator farmers to ensure superior quality, consistency and product diversity.
Our farmers focus primarily on mixed vegetable and berry production. We are one of the major certified organic strawberry producers in Western Washington. We currently deliver along the I-5 corridor between Bellingham and Seattle. We have a delivery minimum of $250. We welcome on-farm pickup at our Skagit location, for which there is no order minium.

We’ve been working with Viva Farms since 2015 – almost a decade! When we heard about this incubator and training program, we knew we had to support it the best we could. Almost ten years later, we are so proud of the program that has developed and the farmers that have grown out of it. Come the beginning of every year, we always wait in anticipation to see what the farmers-in-training are growing, and what we can feature on our seasonal menu. Viva is doing such important work – we look forward to another 10 years of collaboration!
One of our company’s most important relationships is the long standing partnership we have with Viva Farms in the Skagit Valley. From late May through August we purchase thousands of pounds of strawberries that we preserve to use throughout the year in our strawberry ice cream. Having these incredibly flavorful local strawberries is what sets our strawberry ice cream flavors apart from all others.
